Service Enhancement is a one-time fee, all-inclusive service that provides assistance from our staff with the following:
Telephone calls, emails, texts to us for business or tax discussions
Information retrieved from our files and records for your benefit
Copies of documents / records
Meetings
Our handling/researching and/or resolving tax notices/inquiries concerning any business taxes (income tax, sales tax, payroll tax, lottery, COAM, Occupational tax, Personal Property tax, etc.)
Representation in targeted or full examinations on business tax returns
Through the “Service Enhancement” Program, the services listed above are covered at a fraction of the cost of our normal billing rates of $85 per hour for staff time and $125 per hour for Enrolled Agent (EA) time. Essentially, the billing to handle one notice or one meeting would equate to the entire “Service Enhancement” fee. For reference, a typical audit could range from $2,500 - $15,000 depending on the time required. Obviously, we encourage our business clients to participate in the “Service Enhancement” Program because we believe this program presents a huge cost-saving opportunity for them.
